Free Parking: West Section of the Indiana State House parking lot, north of the State House off Ohio Street. Enter the building at the north entrance only.

Register and order a box lunch online or at CFI Indiana.

Become a CFI FOC.  Become an AU member.

Pick up your name tag which is your ticket for the day at 10:45.  Because of the limited amount of time that we can be in the State House, there will not be a lunch break.  Your choices are: eat lunch before you come, bring a sack lunch for yourself, or order and pay for a box lunch.  You can pick up your box lunch when you arrive and eat it discreetly during the program.  Box lunches must be ordered and paid for by February 2.

Weather Advisory: In case of severe weather, the conference will be canceled only if the streets and venues are closed.  If in doubt, call 317-797-5892 the morning of the conference.

Attend Indiana Civic Day!!

To make sure that you are aware and informed about issues in Indiana so that you can be active in promoting your point of view, attend Indiana Civic Day on February 9, 2013.  Learn how your Indiana State Legislature works and about these important issues: Reproductive Rights, LGBT Rights, School Vouchers, and the State of Science Education in Indiana See the schedule for the day below.

We will also be discussing current bills in the Indiana General Assembly and encouraging you to visit with your legislators during the following week. 

Participation will be limited to the first 150 people who register.  Don't delay. Register today to attend this important conference.  


Location: Indiana State House, 402 West Washington Street, Indianapolis.

We will be running on a extremely tight time schedule.  Please arrive on time.

At Indiana Civic Day in 2012, we focused on three issues: See CFI position papers on each of these: Reproductive Rights (Sexuality Education, Contraception),  LGBT Rights , and School vouchers.  This year we will revisit these issues.

There will be a reception at CFI|Indiana beginning at 3:00 pm.  No charge but reservation required. 

Thursday, February 14, 10:00 am.  Meet at CFI-Indiana and go to the State House to talk with your legislator.   (Optional: for those who can come)
