This weekend, luminaries from the worlds of science, journalism, academia, and the secular movement will gather by our nation’s capital to engage in a grand discussion about the role of religion in the oppression of women, a celebration of the many contributions women have made to the advancement of secularism, and a debate about the successes and failures of the movement in addressing women’s concerns.
