The Center for Inquiry DC Presents James Randi
Washington Post Conference Center-Publisher's Room

Online registration no longer available. Tickets can be purchased at the door.

There is also a separate CFI-DC fundraising luncheon with James Randi nearby earlier in the day. The luncheon ticket includes premium seating at the 4 PM lecture so there is no need to register twice.

CFI-DC is proud to host world-renowned skeptic James Randi.

Randi illustrates how a "politically-correct" attitude has blinded most scientists — who should know better — to the fact that they are not proficient at detecting fraud, often managing to fool themselves, when the prize is sufficiently attractive. This unique and provocative lecture is not only educational but also highly entertaining.

The talk will be followed by a moderated Q&A and book signing.

  • Friends of the Center admission: $5 (Friends of the Center must register)
  • Public Admission: $12 in advance; $15 at the door
